Express Transfers offered my family and I the utmost professional and friendly customer service I have come across in a long time. After missing flights and having to fly to an alternative city, they helped us arrange a private car transfer within 30 minutes. They went above and beyond to help us reach our destination. I honestly couldn’t believe how helpful they were. Having to travel with a child, they arranged a beautiful car, went out of their way to find a children’s car seat and managed to pick us up from Brisbane Airport only 2 hours after my initial phone call. Absolutely outstanding ! The driver was so lovely and helpful. Felt like he was part of the family. We had an extremely comfortable drive to our destination after a stressful afternoon missing flights. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Best service imaginable! I will definitely use them again!

We had a really good experience with express transfer.
When searching for your type of service your website was the only site that I could tell serviced the greater Brisbane area and not just the sunshine or gold coasts which is what most other companies seemed to work in.
Your website was great I was able to input my suburb and get a quote which in comparison to a taxi was very reasonable. The fact you would supply a babyseat with no extra charge was also a great bonus.
I chatted with Roy via your website – great live facility – not having to go back and forth via emails and great for me who is a bit shy making phone calls.
Roy answered all my questions and was very informative and helpful and penciled in a booking and let me wait to confirm until after I confirmed with my hubby.
On the day Joseph arrived early – no waiting which was great as traveling can be stressful enough without having to wait for your lift to show up. He helped us with our bags which really went above and beyond. The van was new, spotlessly clean and the babyseat was all ready to go.
Our drive to the airport was comfortable, direct and at all times we felt very safe with our driver – none of which you can always say about taxis.
On our arrival back Joseph was waiting for us again. Again everything was safe and clean and comfortable for our trip home. The weather was particularly wet and stormy but Joseph always drove to the conditions.
We will definitely use your service again and would not hesitate in recommending you to our friends. For families with small children that require seats I think your service is great as taxis won’t offer seats and your service Brisbane suburbs which is also great.

As three women travelling together Express Transfers made our travel so much easier to the Gold Coast from Brisbane International airport and return. Everything was very professional and all went according to plan and on time. Even when our plane was 2 hours late Graham was still there waiting for us. Graham was great as our driver, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and certainly did not worry that we had more luggage when we left then when we arrived! . Our experience with Express Transfers service was excellent. We never encountered any issues. In fact, you’re flexible and considerate. We supposed to be 4 persons only, but a friend surprised us by her sudden and last minute turn up at Changi Airport. I emailed Julian when we reached Sydney to accomodate another passenger. There was no issue, no additional payment as well. Appreciate it guys!

About the car, We had a spacious, comfortable and neat car.
And of course, our driver Ivan. He was very punctual. He was waiting for us in Gold Coast arrival area and patiently waited for the 5th person who dragged 30-45 mins of our time due to long queue in Immigration. Business travellers will find Express Transfers superb.  If you don’t want to drive, don’t know the area or just want to relax and focus on your work this is a great way to travel to meetings.  I flew in from NZ, needed to get from Brisbane and Southport for meetings,  and then to Coolangatta Airport all in one day.  From the first contact to enquire about pricing, to the delivery at the airport, the process was smooth and on time.  I liked the chance to “live chat” about pricing and timetables from NZ.  Booking and payment was easy and I got a prompt text with all the details, including driver name and number.  The vehicles were spacious and clean and drivers helpful and respectful of my time to focus on calls and work.  I would use Express Transfers again.   Auckland, NZ.

We loved our express transfers and would highly recommend them. All the drivers were friendly and helpful. Telling us about points of interest to make our stay better and were also interested in us and our holiday etc. They were on time if not early. their cars were lovely to ride in and they always got us to our destination safely and on time for flights etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any transfers but especially for that long trip from Brisbane airport to Surfers. Comfort plus!!! AS with shuttle buses they are not comfortable in this instance.hanks Julian and Eva you are providing a top rate service. I would particularly like to say thank you to Michael who collected me from Brisbane airport. I arrived during a torrential downpour, he offered to carry all my baggage. He then had me wait under cover whilst he brought the car around so I would not have to walk far in the rain, and even then he offered me his coat. He was a good conversationalist without it feeling awkward or annoying. When he heard I would be walking from my conference to my hotel at the end of the day with my suitcase he offered to take my luggage on to my hotel for me after he dropped me off so I would not be burdened with it. Service like that is rare and should be commended.My return journey with James was just as pleasant.I would certainly use and recommend your service to others.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Express Transfers. Using their services made our trip to get to & from Brisbane Intl Airport to our home in the southern suburbs much less stressful and easy. Their prices made them the most affordable option over paying for airport parking and getting a taxi. Drivers were professional and arrived at scheduled pick-up times. Vehicles were well groomed and in good service. I would happily use their services again and would recommend to others.

Hi, The service was excellent . From my initial contact with your company ie booking online to being dropped off at distinction. You followed thru with everything ie confirmed booking within 2 hours. Received text message with driver’s mobile no 2 days prior to enable contact if any changes in time pick up. Driver arrived approx 10 mins prior to pick up time which was good reassurance and driver told me not to rush as he was early. The car was new and very clean and driver asked if air conditioner was ok. The transfer drive to distination was very comfortable. I have already recommend this service to others.
