Our experience with Express Transfers service was excellent. We never encountered any issues. In fact, you’re flexible and considerate. We supposed to be 4 persons only, but a friend surprised us by her sudden and last minute turn up at Changi Airport. I emailed Julian when we reached Sydney to accomodate another passenger. There was no issue, no additional payment as well. Appreciate it guys!

About the car, We had a spacious, comfortable and neat car.
And of course, our driver Ivan. He was very punctual. He was waiting for us in Gold Coast arrival area and patiently waited for the 5th person who dragged 30-45 mins of our time due to long queue in Immigration. He’s so accomodating, sharing stories, full of life! And when its time to send us back to the airport, he arrived in time. Hassle-free, stress-free trip. Thanks to your excellent customer service!
