We had a really good experience with express transfer.
When searching for your type of service your website was the only site that I could tell serviced the greater Brisbane area and not just the sunshine or gold coasts which is what most other companies seemed to work in.
Your website was great I was able to input my suburb and get a quote which in comparison to a taxi was very reasonable. The fact you would supply a babyseat with no extra charge was also a great bonus.
I chatted with Roy via your website – great live facility – not having to go back and forth via emails and great for me who is a bit shy making phone calls.
Roy answered all my questions and was very informative and helpful and penciled in a booking and let me wait to confirm until after I confirmed with my hubby.
On the day Joseph arrived early – no waiting which was great as traveling can be stressful enough without having to wait for your lift to show up. He helped us with our bags which really went above and beyond. The van was new, spotlessly clean and the babyseat was all ready to go.
Our drive to the airport was comfortable, direct and at all times we felt very safe with our driver – none of which you can always say about taxis.
On our arrival back Joseph was waiting for us again. Again everything was safe and clean and comfortable for our trip home. The weather was particularly wet and stormy but Joseph always drove to the conditions.
We will definitely use your service again and would not hesitate in recommending you to our friends. For families with small children that require seats I think your service is great as taxis won’t offer seats and your service Brisbane suburbs which is also great.
