Express Transfers offered my family and I the utmost professional and friendly customer service I have come across in a long time. After missing flights and having to fly to an alternative city, they helped us arrange a private car transfer within 30 minutes. They went above and beyond to help us reach our destination. I honestly couldn’t believe how helpful they were. Having to travel with a child, they arranged a beautiful car, went out of their way to find a children’s car seat and managed to pick us up from Brisbane Airport only 2 hours after my initial phone call. Absolutely outstanding ! The driver was so lovely and helpful. Felt like he was part of the family. We had an extremely comfortable drive to our destination after a stressful afternoon missing flights. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Best service imaginable! I will definitely use them again!
